about

This is a song about reaching out to a friend for conversation, one that you haven't talked to in quite sometime. Sometimes when there are lapses in time between people who are close we need to exercise patience with each other and that's what this is about. I used to live with my best friend in San Francisco and moved to Los Angeles to further pursue music. The moved had an emotional effect on us both and left us in a way strained. We both work to carry on conversation and see each other in time, this song is about showing patience between our interactions and strengthening our love even when we are apart.

lyrics

And I've reached out to you, but you have, not gotten back to me.
So I'll wait I'll wait right here, please won't you just get back to me

And I will wait right here, for you
to get back to me, and I'll wait right here for you x2

I'll sit alone but I'm never alone in my brand new yes my brand new home
and I'm wanting nothing more then to share with you I want nothing more

And I will wait right here for you to get back to me, and I'll wait right here for you x2
